Kim Betz – Realtor since 2002. Kim started her Real Estate career with investors out of the Southlake Star Real Estate office. In 2005, she moved to Keller Williams in Frisco where she focuses mainly on residential and investment sales. She had achieved "Mega Agent" status since her first year with KW and was invited to serve on the Agent Leadership Council for four years running. So impressed with the Keller Williams philosophy and growth, she invested in the KW Celina office and became an owner as well. You won't find many people who enjoy their job and company as much as she does. She hopes to grow her business and team and serve her clients' real estate needs for years to come. In listing a property, she does things a little differently than most agents. She is a Certified Stager and work with her clients to prepare their home for market.
Running her own business and being a single mom of two teenagers doesn't leave her with a lot of free time. You'll often find her at court-side watching her son Grant playing basketball or visiting her daughter Audrey at the community theater (that's where we find her!). They love to ski in the winter, and escape to a cool movie theater in the summer. They try to get out to do mission work when they can. You might also find her walking her dog Samson around at Baylor Hospital. Samson is a pet therapy volunteer. Kim also enjoys hanging with her friends and fellow members at the Frisco Rotary Club.
